Illegal and perverse actions of the Czech Police and justice. Illegale und perversen Handlungen der tschechischen Polizei und Justiz.

Illegal and perverse actions of the Czech Police and justice.

"Lawless jungle", in which the Czech Republic is since its inception, gives the "self-realization" cops, prosecutors and judges who would be in a "normal democratic and legal state" had no chance at all to perform similar profession.
Examples of this are, among others, Criminal justice in Heřmanův Městec in Chrudim.
Police investigator nprap. Milos Stejskal of the Municipal police departments in Meřmanově Městci, after the conclusion of the investigation "hacking" into a candy machine in the so-called. "Retirement Home" hl. City Hall in Meřmanově Městci in November 2014 "knowingly" handed over to prosecutors in Chrudim "insufficient evidence" that I should convict from committing this offense, despite the fact that I gave him, I think the explanation is sufficient evidence that I was the criminal did not commit the offense.
The main evidence of speaking in my favor, but he was in a camera recording directly "from the scene." Police used only part of the record on which I was captured by the camera, but no offense, or attempting to do so resilient. Yet there was no witness who saw me would steal something, not for me nothing to ensure that the "alleged theft" originated or keys or tools which should I commit this offense and the police did not try any other evidence to me to ensure It was enough that the District Public Prosecutor in Chrudim Judr. Vladimir Kytner to file charges and a single Judge of the District Court in Chrudim Mgr. René TINZ to this part of the camera recording used as conclusive evidence against me and sentenced me penal order for the offense of theft, I did not commit, which would confirm and complete record of the camera if it Police made available and if it District State representative or a judge requested.
Against this illegal and arbitrary judgment I appealed within the statutory period. In the main trial in the District Court in Chrudim single judge Mgr. René Tinz again "pass" the state attorney Judr. Vladimir Kytner recognize me guilty of this offense and his previous judgment (suspended sentence and payment of "alleged" total damages 118, - CZK) confirmed though I pointed out that when viewing the entire record of the camera could be shown that I with any criminal offense committed nor I was about to try.
In its final justification, although a single judge Mgr. Tinz acknowledged that "the evidence was insufficient because the police did not provide complete CCTV footage from that night, when the theft took place," it did not stop him, however, to decide about my guilt.   Regarding that damage or corrupt (Home for the Elderly) is not able to accurately determine exactly what this "alleged" is a pity.
Police in Meřmanově Městci that this "case" investigated, apparently "used (abused) way to punish me for my public criticism of the procedure in the investigation of my criminal complaints in connection with the situation in the so-called. Home for the elderly where I live and my open letter to the Minister of the Interior Milan inmate. "
The fact that the police "treated with any CCTV recordings as they please," I had the opportunity to see already in May 2014 in Prague when I was "on my individual public protest against human rights violations in the Czech Republic illegally harassed by the police." On this "harassment" I then complained to the Ministry of Interior and the Police Presidium. Police officers responded claiming that "this is not my complaint to prove because all cameras at those places were not in that day and at that time out of service."

Similarly, the "negotiations" institutions of law enforcement are not only "illegal and perverted" but they are "further evidence of impunity and gross human rights abuses in the Czech Republic by the state authorities."
